“Networking” is such a dry word for what we do at

“Networking” is such a dry word for what we do at the Hook. It’s so much deeper, more connective and more meaningful than the usual process of rocking up to a morning of mining for leads. We here to create a safe space for vulnerability, imperfection and authenticity. Because really why else are we doing this? What could possibly hope to fulfill not just our businesses but our hearts and lifestyles around which our business operate.

We’re different and we’re proud of that and we’re going to keep leaning in to our own particular whole person focused approach to small business living. So, will we see you in July for more of the same? Here’s the details…

💖 What is it? Monthly small business networking
💖 Where is it? The Castle Inn, Colchester
💖 When? Monday 20th July
💖 Time? 9:30 meet, 10:00 start, 12:00 finish

💖 Anything else? You get hot drinks & a pastry option, with fruit.

What a dayyyyyyy! HookFest was everything we hope

What a dayyyyyyy!

HookFest was everything we hoped it would be, but without you brilliant people turning up, giving yourself permission to rest and rejuvenate- then it means nothing.

We had the most gorgeous group of people, with emotion, empathy and all so kind and welcoming to each other- any initial nerves of “being out of their comfort zone” quickly disappeared, which is everything the Hook is about.

Without our Charlie was super sad, but you all were incredible and definitely made me (Lucie) feel super supported and we had a fabulous day.

More to follow as there’s so much to share, but a HUGE thank you for being there- it’s such a special day and we loved sharing it with you.
